IT’S ALL ABSOLUTELY FINE is a darkly comic, honest and unapologetic illustrated account of the daily struggles with mental health.

Ruby makes serious issues accessible—and very funny. With the superb talent to capture the essence of human emotion (and to make you laugh out loud), this book is as important and necessary as it is entertaining.

“[H]er striking first book encompasses everything from anxiety, bipolar disorder and body image to depression and identity.  Her cartoons cut through a lot of crap in a rather charming way.” The Bookseller “Ones to Watch”

“IT’S ALL ABSOLUTELY FINE will make you laugh out loud and feel a deep ache in your gut simultaneously as it brings to life the way we all sometimes feel like curling up in a ball, and explores Elliot's own battles with anxiety and eating disorders, among other things. Above all, it's just so completely human.”
–Sarah Shaffi, Stylist

“The most heartbreaking incredible book.”
–Phoebe Waller-Bridge, BAFTA-winning star of Fleabag

About the Author:
