Adele Griffin is the acclaimed author of many books for young readers, including Sons of Libertyand Where I Want to Be, both National Book Award finalists. She is also the author of All You Never Wanted, Tighter, Picture the Dead, The Julian Game, and the Witch Twins and Vampire Island middle-grade series. Adele lives with her husband and children in Brooklyn, New York.

Mike Wu is a graduate of the prestigious Character Animation program at the California Institute of the Arts. After working for Walt Disney, contributing to such Disney classics such as Tarzanand Mulan, Mike joined the Pixar Animation Studios, where he worked on the Oscar-winning The Incredibles and Toy Story 3, among many others. Mike is also the author and illustrator of the forthcoming picture books, Ellie and Holton’s Hats. He lives with his wife and daughter in the San Francisco Bay Area.
